Who can you help?+

What's the difference between a CA-1 and a CA-2?+
A CA-1 is for a traumatic injury from a single incident or work shift. A CA-2 is for an occupational disease or condition that developed over time, such as repetitive stress. Not sure which one fits? Our case managers will help.
Do I have to pay for my visits?+
Our doctors bill the Department of Labor directly for covered care. We'll go over the details with you during your free consultation.
Can I switch to one of your doctors?+
